  1. Application & Matching: Apply to be a mentor or mentee. Based on your goals, experience, and preferences, we’ll match you with a mentor or mentee that aligns with your career path.
  2. Goal Setting: Collaborate with your mentor/mentee to set career goals, identify areas for development, and outline your action plan.
  3. Monthly Meetings: Engage in regular one-on-one meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and development opportunities.
  4. Workshops & Group Discussions: Attend skill-based workshops and panel discussions with industry experts.
  5. End of Program Evaluation: Celebrate your accomplishments and evaluate the progress you've made in reaching your career goals.
